The weekly loop, free forever

Two taps a run. That is the whole ask.

Absorb does the remembering. You just mark the moment something happened, and it builds the picture underneath you.

Mark the exact point it turned

Not a diary entry. Your run arrives already cut three ways: by your fuelling windows, by the climbs and descents, and by anything you drag out yourself. Tap the stretch and say what it was.

Including the toilet stop. It is a first-class outcome here, with its own base rate, which no other tool will let you record.

What that buys you

01

Your history is already in there before you log anything

Connect Strava and Absorb imports 24 weeks that day, then keeps reaching back to about three years, working out the terrain, the weather, the hour and the effort of each one.

02

Nine runs in it is noise. Thirty in it is a shape.

Climbs when fatigued. Hard efforts. Five hour runs. Absorb compares the issue rate in a condition against your own overall rate and tells you which is which.

03

Every number arrives with its denominator

"4 of 5 runs had issues", never "80%". Below two runs Absorb says nothing at all rather than guessing, and there is no score, no grade and no ranking anywhere.

04

Then run a real experiment on yourself

Absorb offers what the research knows, each with a citation and an honest evidence grade, and several graded down in the source with the reason attached. You pick one and it tags your qualifying runs from then on.

It reports counts, never a verdict. And it shows how it went for runners who tried the same thing, alongside those who changed nothing.

05

And you find out what you have never tested

Heat you have never trained in. Hours on your feet you have never strung together. Absorb marks them before race day does the asking, while there is still time to go and run them.

Next: what happens when a race appears

Be there when it opens

Absorb is not open yet. Leave your email and we will tell you on the day it is.

Two emails at most: when it opens, and about the founding places.

For people aged 16 or over. We store your address and the date you agreed, and nothing else.
